How to Review and Update Incomplete Employee Profiles
Objective: After performing a Bulk Import of employees, some specific profile details may be missing or require manual verification. This guide explains how to navigate an employee profile and update missing information across various tabs (General, Passport, Permit, etc.) to ensure the system captures the full profile data correctly.
Step 1: Access the Employee List
Navigate to the Manage Employees section in the main menu.
Select List of Employees.
Locate the employee you wish to update. You can use the Search bar at the top right to find specific names or ID numbers.
Click on the employee's Name (highlighted in blue) to open their profile.
Step 2: Verify Primary Information (General Tab)
Upon clicking the name, you will land on the Profile dashboard. The default view is the General tab.
Review the Primary Information section (Name, Gender, Company, Worker Status, etc.).
If any data is missing (represented by a
-), click the Edit Primary Information button on the right.Fill in the required fields and click Save.
Scroll down to Contact Information at the bottom of the page. Click Edit Contact Information to update phone numbers or addresses if they were not captured during import.
Step 3: Update Specific Profile Tabs
To ensure the system captures all compliance and legal data, you must check the specific tabs listed in the left-hand sidebar.
Critical Tabs to Check:
Passport: Check for Passport No. and Expiry Date.
Permit: specific permit numbers and validity years.
Healthcare: Medical check-up details.
Insurance: Policy numbers and coverage dates.
Job Site: Current work location assignment.
How to Update a Tab:
Click on the relevant tab in the left sidebar (e.g., Passport).
Review the data displayed.
Click the Edit or Add button located in the top right corner of that section.
Enter the missing information.
Click Save.
Note: Repeat this process for every tab in the sidebar to ensure the employee profile is 100% complete.
Step 4: Final Review
Once all tabs have been updated:
Return to the General tab.
Check the Last Updated timestamp under the profile picture to confirm your changes are registered.
The employee profile is now fully active and captured by the system.
